Stage for the platform, not just the room

Fresh towels, made beds, and a couple of intentional details — a beach umbrella by the door, coffee cups on the counter — read better on Airbnb than a bare, neutral space. Remove personal items and anything that makes the space feel like someone’s actual home rather than a rental.

Shoot every space guests will actually use
